For those who might like to get involved in the creative direction of their wedding flowers - but don’t worry if you don’t have a clear vision of what you want, we can collaborate and refine ideas together.
Alternately, we’re always happy for you to trust our signature style and lead the creative direction, creating something that remains truly personal. I’d love to hear about the vibe you’re hoping to create and translate that into flowers.
This service offers an opportunity for us to meet and chat during a consultation. You’ll receive a custom proposal and quote, and ongoing support from concept to execution.

the process

1. Initial Enquiry
Complete the form including info such as date, venue/(s) and proposed budget and we’ll let you know if your date is available within a few days.

2. Video call
We’ll have an initial chat to meet and discuss your wedding and design ideas.

3. Proposal
Mood board and quote provided and you’ll have a couple of weeks to decide whether you’d like to go ahead. After this, the date will be offered to other couples.

4. Secure the date
25% booking fee. This non-refundable deposit is deducted from final balance.

5. Ongoing support
We’re available to answer any questions in the run up to the wedding and will schedule a meeting a few months ahead to finalise exactly what you want on your big day, either over video call or in person.

6. On the day
Delivery, install, remaining on hand at the venue/s to move arrangements from ceremony to reception. Opportunity to add de-rig at the end of the day and send your guests home with a posy.

Yes, our bespoke wedding flowers start from £1500.
Unlike our Curated Collection, there isn’t a price list. Every wedding is different, and the final cost will depend on everything from the seasonal availability, to the number, size and style of designs you’re after.
We’ll create a proposal around your plans, your venue and the look you want to achieve, whether that’s a few beautiful designs or flowers on a much bigger scale.

The Bespoke Weddings service is for couples who want to be more involved in shaping how their wedding flowers look and feel. Together, we’ll develop a floral direction that’s completely personal to you - from the colour palette and flower varieties to the style and scale of the arrangements.
It’s a more collaborative and immersive process, with a consultation, custom proposal and ongoing guidance throughout.
In comparison, the Curated Collection is a more straightforward option for couples who already love the DOTTA style and are happy to give us creative freedom within a set selection of designs.

Yes, there’s an option for the DOTTA team to stay on site to move ceremony flowers to the reception area. We’re also offer you the option for us return at the end of the event to deconstruct arrangements to gift flowers to your guests.

We’d recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to reserve your date. Bookings are open for 2026 and up to July 2027. We are often able to take enquiries up to a year in advance or take last minute bookings.
Once we receive your enquiry and we’ll confirm within 3 working days whether we have availability on your date.

Your bespoke mood board and quote are applicable for 14 days so you have time to decide whether you’d like to go ahead. After this, the date will not be reserved and offered to other couples.

Yes, there is a 25% booking fee to book in your wedding flowers. This is a non-refundable deposit that’s deducted from the final balance. The full balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding, but we’d be happy to organise payments in installments if this suits.

No problem, we know that you might want to make changes. We aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, but like to finalise everything 4 weeks before the wedding date. This ensures we can put in our orders with wholesalers/suppliers, so you get the specific flowers and the desired colours you’ve requested.

Based in north east London, but love to travel for bigger weddings. Don’t hesitate to reach out if your venue is further afield, we will do our best to make it work. Previously DOTTA has done bespoke weddings in Liverpool and Norwich.
